At Flatspot, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the authorized carrier and keep your receipt; once we inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
